Fun Friday Collabo, Week 1!

Happy Friday All!! I’m so happy and honored to be teaming up with Jill Foster during the month of May! Each Friday we will be collaborating on a specific Penny Black stamp set. This week is Tiger Lily! Lilies are my absolute favorite flower, so I was really excited to be working with this stamp. Now, I know it’s supposed to be a Tiger Lily, but why not a Stargazer? Wednesday’s Card: Split Owls!

Hi All! I thought it was about time for an owl card. I can’t believe I ever doubted buying this punch! Did you notice I added a subject in the top menu called “Owls & Animals”? For today’s card, I used the Art GRIPĀ® Aquarelle Watercolor Pencils and an Aqua Painter. They are super easy to use! Be sure to head over to my post to {Read More}

Okay, yes, I know the trees are in grass and not snow. I think green looks more colorful, plus my Christmas is almost always green here in Dallas, lol! Anyway, to see step by step photos and the supply list, visit my post over there. Also see the video below. I have something {Read More}

Wednesday’s Card: Owl Locking Card

Owl Locking Card

Hi All! I felt like it was about time to break out my owl punch again for something fun. I can’t believe I ever doubted buying this punch! The recipient of the card twists the owl so that it fits within the rectangular box and opens the card. The turning mechanism is really quite simple – a brad between two glued owls. I also used a new product from the Stampin’ Up! holiday catalog called “Core’dinations” cardstock. The inside of {Read More}
