I am very passionate about health, wellness, and fitness. I am an AFAA-certified Group Fitness Instructor and am currently pursuing my certification in Nutritional Consulting.
In an effort to educate people on losing weight and being healthy, I maintain a blog called Pass the Protein. I want to inspire people to stay strong and stay motivated on their weight loss journey. I provide personal accounts, inspirational photos, recipes, and tips on how to keep going. The basis of the blog is reducing the carbohydrates in your diet that come from refined and processed foods.
