Darlene, I scraplifted this card for my brother’s birthday card last night. It. Turned. Out. AWESOME! The washi tape gave such a cool texture to the ink, I love it! I will definitely be doing more of this in the future. I wish there were a way for me to post an image here, I would share with you what mine turned out like! 🙂

Darlene, I LOVE IT!!! This card is really beautiful, specially the word LOVE highlighted with that sparkly embossing powder. I bought that Penny Black Love and Joy die set last year after I saw you making a card with it, it’s really fabulous, but it never occurred to me to heat embossed it like that, it looks amazing, with such beautiful dimension!! The washi tape technique is also very unique, no two cards will be alike. Thank you for another fantastic video, which I imagine was done from your new and amazing craft room.

Hi Darlene well have to say your card is just so beautiful. As I watched you use you Washi Tape diping it in the iink and so on I was totally taken by the end result. I so have the items you used and so can’t wait to give this a try. I loved your video and always appreciate the way you do your videos because of your ability to explain everything so extremely well and as you create your design and use your magical techniques make it possible to go into my craft room, get out all my supplies and craft. Your videos are always so inspiring.

  17. What a very cool technique!!! I can’t wait to try it! Love the card…so pretty!

  18. I have that same washi tape and love the idea of using it to make colorful strips. I want to try out that black sparkle powder too. Lovely card and thank you for sharing it. Have a great day!
