  1. Thank you for the lovely card. It is just beautiful–more so in person than on the website. And they all look amazing on the website.

  2. Fabulous video & technique. I love Heather Telford’s cards & you did this technique that she does, so wonderfully well. I think using the stamp positioner is the key, and one which I had not thought to try the different times I’ve attempted to do this, unsuccessfully, I might add! This was a beautiful card, and thanks for doing the video. Most informative. Have a wonderful 2013.

  3. Love the card and the colours you have used. Love how you used the background stamp with the versamark and embossing powder and gone over with ink. Very pretty card and a great technique. Thanks again Darlene for sharing.

  4. Agreed, Heather’s work is stunning. Love your take on it though, so bright and sunny!

  5. G’day Darlene,
This has to be one of the prettiest cards I’ve seen you make – love all your stuff but I literally sat and exhaled ‘wow’ as I was watching…naturally the kids were then surrounding me “What’s Darlene made mum!!!!”…hmmmm they know me too well I think! Thanks too for the link to Heathers blog – just beautiful designs. Merry Christmas!

  6. Love your colour choice Darlene and I agree with you about Heather’s cards, she does some amazing, simplistic designs on single layers. I have a couple of hers tagged in my techniques to try file along with some of yours to revisit and try. I don’t stamp a lot on my cards but you guys are certainly providing the inspiration to try.

  7. Truly fabulous!

  8. Your card is lovely Darlene. The colours you chose are so warm and vibrant and I love the look of the image through the window. Thanks for the link; I appreciate it and your kind words.

  9. Great card Darlene, I love how you did that image, moving it just a teeny tiny bit makes a beautiful shadow. As always, your ability to spread the color on the background with the sponge blows me away. I still have more practicing to do but I will eventually be almost as good as you. I have one of this dies but it’s a square window, I love it and I used it to make a Christmas scene on some cards. Thank you for another wonderful video. I absolutely love them all.

  10. What a lovely card and an amazing technique! Thanks for sharing, always love watching your videos. I also checked out Heather’s blog; she does beautiful work with inks!

  11. Great video technique, have to try that shadow with the embossing, love it. Will check out Heather’s blog ASAP.

  12. Now I know how to do the shadow stamping. Thank you.
    A beautiful card.

  13. Love this card (when don’t I love one of your cards??!) – going to give that ‘shadow’ stamping technique a try – I just love that look. Thanks again for your great video.

  14. I love this card…I have been resisting to get a window die!!….you not helping!!
I love Heather Telford also she is amazing! Love this card, the colours the technique everything.

  15. What a fabulous technique!!! I just love the way this turned out and how you offset the two inks from each other. Just love, love, love this!

Thanks for a great video and for the link to Heather Telford’s blog. She does have some beautiful creations there!
